MARS IS ELECTRIC  has been one of my favorite ear candies of 2025. Listening to this album, you can feel the characteristics of each sound interacting with each other in different ways throughout. The effects on Maxo’s vocals allowed him to easily carry you through different spaces without feeling out of place. Sometimes I felt the kick shaking the bass notes awake, on other songs I hear Maxo’s reverb and delay shaking hands with the drumkit. MARS IS ELECTRIC looks like a landscape of harmony translated directly from Maxo’s current mindset, and is one of my favorite landscapes of 2025.
